Junior High Youth Group - Last Exit

We believe God has a great purpose for this younger generation, so we do everything we can to make walking with the Lord fun, exciting, and inviting. It’s in this kind of atmosphere that we worship the Lord and study His Word. We want our junior-highers to connect both with Jesus and one another.

Wednesday Nights @ 7pm

The junior high group is made up of 6th -8th graders. We meet on Thursday nights for hang out time, worship and Bible study at the church. We have lots of fun. We play some games, sing some songs, and have a Bible study.

Monthly Activities

Outside of our regular meetings, we get together at least once a month for an activity: Christian concerts like Rock of Ages, Broom Hockey, Roller Skating, Ice Skating, Paintball, Bowling, Game Nights and Movie Nights.

Winter Camp

Each year around February-March, we head off for a weekend to Winter Camp. These weekend get-a-ways include outdoor adventures and snow activities along with powerful worship and teaching services. Winter Camp is a great time to get to know each other better, have fun and grow in our relationship with Christ.

Summer Camp

Every summer the junior-highers get away for a week-long camp that focuses on growing spiritually in the faith. The camps are a highlight of the year and kids come back inspired and well-taught.

Junior High Pastor

Josh and Liz Jones
Josh and Liz Jones have been a part of our ministry team since the beginning days in 2003. Josh is a Bible college graduate who has a burden to help kids through the tumultuous years of adolescence. Josh and Liz have three young daughters, and Josh is a full-time IT specialist for a local corporation.
