Nursery Ministry

Our Nursery Ministry team serves infants and children up to age 4. We are blessed to have a solid team of loving and well-trained workers who have a burden to care for the young ones among us. Jesus said, “Let the little ones come to Me,” and we take that admonition seriously by helping the lambs at an early age begin to learn to hear the Shepherd’s call.

Sunday Service - 10:00am and Midweek Service - 7:00 pm
We have two classrooms available for the nursery program as well as a place for nursing moms. We have a wonderful age-appropriate curriculum that uses Bible verses, music, puppetry, visual aids, story telling to keep Jesus and the Gospel front and center. The little ones are excited as we make crafts, eat snacks, and play, play, play!

Gwen Pisenti
Gwen and her husband Nick have been attending Calvary Chapel for 5 years and Gwen’s been directing the nursery/pre-school program since 2007. The Pisentis have 2 beautiful boys, Sam and Joey, who have been Gwen’s inspiration to serve in this way. Gwen has a passion driven by a desire to provide a fun, safe, and Christ-centered experience for all the little ones! We are blessed to have them a part of the team!
